Close to Sri Ram Center in Mandi House, In front of Himachal Bhawan, there is this huge tree. Under the tree, this small shop, next to the puncturewala, serves some delicious samosa and bread pakoda. For ten bucks per plate, you get chutney and alu ki sabzi too. Been there?
