I am currently working with a market research firm in the United States to do an assessment of the ecommerce market in India. They’ve asked me to administer a survey in which respondents outline their experiences on ecommerce sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon in India. If you haven’t shopped on any of these sites, please don’t fill the survey out.
